Abstract guidelines & Submission

Abstracts will be submitted through an electronic platform until January 15th, 2016

Authors are kindly requested to submit their abstracts in English and adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. The abstract length should not exceed 300 words
  2. The abstract should be as informative as possible: a) State specific object of study b) State method used if pertinent c) Summarize results obtained d) State conclusion reached
  3. Supplementary data (possible changes additions or corrections) will not be accepted after the abstract’s final submission
  4. Abstracts are accepted on the condition that at least the presenting author has paid the registration fee
  5. Upon acceptance you will be requested to submit an extended abstract (3 pages), which will be included in the Congress proceedings. Submission guidelines for the extended abstract will be sent to you via email
